Veggie Dips Basic Instructions
What You’ll Need
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Package Dip Mix
For Loaded Potato Dip, substitute the Mayonnaise for a second cup of Sour Cream
Prep Instructions
Mix Together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and dip mix.
For best flavor, refrigerate overnight before serving.
Serve with your favorite crackers, pretzels, or veggies.

Low-Fat Instructions
Substitute light sour cream and low fat mayonnaise OR substitute for two cups of light sour cream.

Hot Crab Dip
Mix Used: Maryland Crab
Ingredients: 1 Cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese, 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella Cheese, 1 cup of cooked and chopped crabmeat, and Maryland Crab dip mix.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients. Pour into a 9 inch deep pie plate or baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Apricot Jalapeno Cheese Ball
Mix Used: Southwest Jalapeno
Ingredients: 16oz cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves, 3 Tbsp. warm water, 1/2 packet Southwest Jalapeno mix.
Instructions: Add 1/2 of the Southwest Jalapeno dip mix to 3 Tbsp. of warm water, stir and let sit for 5 minutes. Mix 16 oz of cream cheese and 2 Tbsp. of apricot preserves. Combine and mix well. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
Pesto Pasta Salad
Mix Used: Pesto Olive Oil Dip
Instructions (Cold): Add prepared blend to cold pasta salad for an enhanced taste
Instructions (Hot): Add prepared blend to hot pasta and your choice of chicken, beef, shrimp or scallops
Scampi
Mix Used: Roasted Garlic & Herb Olive Oil Dip
Instructions: Combine prepared blend in a frying pan with choice of 1 lb. of chicken breast, shrimp, or shrimp. Remove cooked chicken or seafood from pan. Remove from heat and add cooked pasta to the frying pan and stir well. Add cooked chicken or seafood to pasta and finish with grated Parmesan Cheese. Serves 2-3.
Flavorful Hummus
Mix Used: Garlic Galore or Heavenly Horseradish
Ingredients: 16oz plain hummus, mix packet
Instructions: Add package to 16oz of plain hummus. Stir well and serve.
No-Bake Cheesecake
Mix Used: Chocolate Mousse, Cinnabun, Sea Salt Caramel, or White Chocolate Raspberry
Ingredients: 8oz cream cheese, softened, 8oz defrosted Cool Whip topping, 9 inch pie crust, 1/4 cup warm water, dessert mix packet.
Instructions: In a medium size bowl, dissolve the package contents with 1/4 cup of warm water. Add 8oz of soften cream cheese and blend until smooth. Slowly fold in 8oz of defrosted cool whip or real whipped cream. Pour into a 9-inch pie crust and refrigerate overnight before serving.
